Negotiations have already commenced and matured to a significant degree, in partnership with Alpha Middle East Holdings, in their capacity as owners of the potential project sites and further properties like e.g. the private jet terminal of the DXB, in regard to particular aspects of the project, including but not limited to its exact location, infrastructure, features of the facilities, all necessary licensing and approvals from the authorities and most of all the Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA), where the project shall be based.
